Cancellation Policy

At Omega Cookware, we do our best to process orders quickly. Therefore, cancellations are only possible on a limited basis under the conditions below.
1. When Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after placing your order.
2. When Can a Cancellation Request Be Refused?
If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped (fulfilled) within those 24 hours, we may refuse your cancellation request—even if you contact us within the 24-hour window.
3. How Do I Request a Cancellation?

In your message, preferably include:
your order number
your name
the email address used to place the order
4. If Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
If your order has already been (almost) shipped and cancellation is no longer possible, you may use our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order (if applicable). Any return costs will be in accordance with that policy.
5. Refund After Cancellation
If your cancellation is approved:
we will refund the paid amount via the original payment method;
processing may take a few business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
