At Omega Cookware, we believe it’s important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Not satisfied? Below you can read how returns and refunds work.
1) Return period
You may return a product, provided it is shipped back within 30 calendar days after receipt.
The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
2) Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are required to return the item using a shipping method that supports Track & Trace.
3) Return label
The return label is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return label by default.
4) Damaged or defective product (Faulty item)
Did you receive a defective or damaged product?
Please contact our support within 5 business days of delivery via info@omegacookware.com
Include your order number and add photos as proof (product + packaging, if possible).
We will review your report and let you know which solution applies.
5) Wrong product received (Wrong item received)
Did you receive a different product than the one you ordered?
Please contact our support via info@omega-cookware.com
Include your order number and add photos as proof (product + packaging/label).
6) Exchanges (Exchange)
Omega Cookware does not offer exchanges.
Would you like a different variant? If possible, you can place a new order and return the original product according to this policy.
7) Refund (Refund)
Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
The refund may take up to 5 business days after the return is approved (depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take longer to appear).
8) Return address
Always contact our customer service first via info@omega-cookware.com to receive the correct return address.
Returns must only be shipped to the address we provide.
Shipments sent to a different address will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for a refund.
9) Proof of return shipment
We advise customers to always keep proof of return shipment, including:

the Track & Trace number, and
-
a photo of the returned product and the packaging.
This information may be requested later to ensure correct processing.
10) Exceptions & (partial) refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted, for example for:

products with clear signs of use,
-
items that are not in original condition,
-
items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
-
returns shipped later than 30 days after delivery.
11) Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
-
gift cards,
-
custom-made or personalized products,
-
hygiene products (such as underwear, swimwear) and opened personal care products.
