Shipping Policy

At Omega Cookware, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all information about our processing times, delivery times, and total shipping time.

1) Processing time

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we need 1–5 business days to process your order.
This includes, among other things: order verification, quality check, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Please note: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2) Delivery time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days (depending on the carrier and your location).

3) Total shipping time

The total time from placing your order to delivery is on average:

5–12 business days
(= 1–5 business days processing + 4–7 business days delivery)

4) Shipping confirmation & Track & Trace

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email (and, if available, a Track & Trace code) so you can track your parcel.

5) Delays

Although we aim to meet the stated timeframes, delays may occur in exceptional cases, for example due to:

  • high volume at carriers,

  • extreme weather conditions,

  • public holidays,

  • customs checks (if applicable).

If you have not received your order after 12 business days, please contact us and we will investigate it for you right away.

6) Incorrect address / undeliverable shipments

Please check that your address details are correct when placing an order.
Omega Cookware is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address provided,

  • failed delivery due to absence,

  • not collecting the parcel in time from a pickup point (if applicable).
