Payment Policy

At Omega Cookware, you can pay safely and easily. Below we explain which payment methods we accept, when your payment is processed, and what you can do if you encounter issues.

1) Accepted payment methods

Depending on the options available in our checkout, we support (among others):

Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Shop Pay
Apple Pay / Google Pay
(Other methods shown in checkout)

The most up-to-date list is always shown in checkout. Not all payment methods are available in every country.

2) Currency

All payments are processed in the currency displayed in checkout (e.g., EUR). Any exchange rate or transaction fees charged by your bank/card issuer are your responsibility.

3) When will your payment be charged?

Card payments (Visa/Mastercard): usually charged immediately, or shortly after authorisation.
Other methods (such as Shop Pay/PayPal): generally confirmed immediately.

You will only receive an order confirmation email after a successful payment.

4) Security

We take payment security seriously. Payments are processed via secure payment providers and encrypted connections (SSL). Omega Cookware does not store full card details.

5) Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails, you can try the following:

check your card limit or balance,
try another payment method,
check whether your bank is blocking the transaction (fraud prevention),
try again later.

If you still can’t complete your payment, please contact our customer service.

6) Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund (e.g., in case of cancellation or return in line with our Return Policy), then:

we will refund via the same payment method used for the order, where possible;
processing by the payment provider/bank may take a few business days before the amount is visible in your account.

7) Payment disputes & chargebacks

If you have questions or issues, we ask you to contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to an investigation and temporarily restricting future payments.
