First use Heat pan on medium-low, add a teaspoon of oil, and spread evenly for 2 minutes.
Cooking Titanium heats 3x faster than regular pans. Start with lower heat — medium on titanium works like high heat on other pans.
Cleaning Let pan soak in soapy water, then wash clean. Dishwasher safe.
Most pans hide toxic trade-offs nobody talks about. Here's what you're really cooking with every day.
Non-Stick (PTFE)
Surface starts peeling after months of use
Releases toxic fumes at high heat
Linked to forever chemicals that build up in the body
Ceramic
Chips and loses its coating fast
Toxic binders can leach into your food
Non-stick effect fades within months
Stainless Steel
Food clings unless you drown it in oil
Can transfer trace metals into your meals
Bulky and awkward to handle
Cast Iron
Far heavier than modern alternatives
Needs constant upkeep or it rusts
Acidic dishes pull metal into your food
Real vs Fake
The Only Pan That's Actually Titanium
Almost every "titanium" pan is aluminium with a sprayed-on coating holding a trace of titanium dust — just enough to print the word on the box. Here's the difference you can actually cook on.
"Titanium-infused" pans
✕Aluminium or steel with a sprayed-on coating
✕Non-stick is a synthetic layer that wears off
✕Peels & flakes into your food within months
✕Not safe with metal utensils
✕Replaced every year

Technical Notes
01
Hammered Surface
Micro-indentations let food rest only on the raised points — less contact, a cleaner release, and noticeably less oil.
02
Titanium Oxide Layer
A self-forming TiO₂ layer that reforms within milliseconds when scratched. It never wears off.
03
Pure Medical Titanium
Grade 1 titanium throughout — the implant-grade spec. No coating to degrade, no aluminium core to warp.
04
Ergonomic Handle
One seamless material — no rivets, no weak points. Stays cool, oven-safe, built to last a lifetime.
05
Even-Heat Base
Uniform heat with no hot spots — identical results on gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

Why Scientists Choose Titanium
It's the same grade of titanium surgeons rely on for implants, bone plates and dental work — chosen precisely because the body never reacts to it.
Non-reactive — nothing migrates from the pan into your food.
Built for acidic cooking — tomato sauce, citrus and vinegar leave it untouched.
Zero coatings — no PFAS, no PTFE, none of the "forever chemicals".

Answers to the questions we get most about OMEGA titanium cookware.
Yes. Omega is made from commercially pure titanium — the same material classified as biocompatible and used in orthopedic implants, dental implants, and cardiovascular devices worldwide. It's inert, non-reactive, and has never been linked to any health concern, even inside the human body.
We understand the skepticism. “Non-toxic” gets used a lot, often without saying what it actually means. For us, it means something specific: cookware made without PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, and without a synthetic non-stick coating in contact with your food. Instead of relying on a chemical coating that can wear down over time, our pans are built for families who want a simpler, cleaner cooking surface they can feel good about using every day
No — our titanium pans are made without PFAS, PTFE, and PFOA. The cooking surface is not a traditional non-stick coating. That matters because PFAS have historically been used in food-contact applications, including non-stick coatings.
A lot of pans sound safer than they really are because the wording is vague. Some products say “PFAS-free” but still rely on a coating-based construction, or they focus on one chemical while avoiding the bigger conversation about the full surface that touches your food. Our approach is different: the goal is to give you a pan without fluorinated non-stick chemistry on the cooking surface, so you know what your family’s food is actually cooking on.
Titanium has a long track record of use in medical and technical applications because it is known for strong corrosion resistance and excellent biocompatibility. That does not mean every product labeled “titanium” is automatically the same, but it does mean titanium itself is a well-studied material with a strong safety reputation.
Because there is no PFAS/PTFE-style non-stick coating on the cooking surface, you are not dealing with the same coating chemistry many families are trying to avoid. Titanium is valued for its stability and corrosion resistance, which is one reason it has such a strong safety reputation. As with any cookware, we still recommend using the pan as directed and avoiding unnecessary overheating of an empty pan. The final performance always depends on the exact construction of the product.
Yes — that is exactly what it is made for. If you want cookware you can use every day for eggs, vegetables, pancakes, weeknight dinners, and family meals without relying on a chemical non-stick coating, titanium is a strong choice. It is especially appealing for families trying to reduce everyday exposure to materials they do not fully trust.
Titanium cookware is not magic-slippery like a synthetic non-stick coating, so the experience is different. But with the right preheating, a little cooking fat, and normal cooking technique, it performs beautifully for everyday meals. Many families prefer that tradeoff: a cleaner material choice, with a short learning curve, instead of a coating that may wear out.
No heavy seasoning routine is needed like cast iron. Just use it properly from the start: preheat gently, add a little oil or butter, and cook at the right temperature. It is designed to be far more approachable for everyday family cooking.
Yes. For most meals, warm water, a soft sponge, and a little dish soap are enough. If food residue is left behind, soaking the pan for a few minutes usually makes cleanup easy.
It is designed to last much longer than cookware that depends on a fragile coating for performance. The big difference is that you are not relying on a synthetic non-stick layer that is expected to wear down over time. With normal care, your pan is built for long-term everyday use.
Yes. You do not need chef-level skills to use it well. Once you learn the basics — low to medium heat, a little oil, and letting the pan preheat properly — it becomes very straightforward. For busy parents and everyday home cooks, that simplicity matters.
Yes, it is dishwasher safe. That said, hand washing is the best way to keep any premium pan looking its best for longer.
Our titanium pan works on all cooktops, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. So whether you're cooking on a traditional stovetop or a modern induction hob, it fits easily into everyday family cooking.
It took a while for the pan to come. The cooking experience was good. The food really did slide right off the titanium interior. There was a slight discoloration when I washed it by hand. I'm going to try it in the dishwasher now.
I might consider another manufacturer in the future, but the lifetime guarantee makes this pan a keeper.
The pan cooks awesome I was warming up the pan on low heat and used no butter or oil for the eggs but the taste was a little bland so I started using a little butter and for the sausages, I used a little extra-virgin olive oil. The kids loved them. The pan cleans up easy I let it cool down and used liquid soap and a nylon brush. It looks brand new.
This is a christmas gift which has not been opened yet but looks to be good. Can you use metal spatulas etc. on it? it looks so good I will order a larger one.
Took a while to arrive but the pan is lovely, feels sturdy.
Followed instructions then fried 2 eggs, they did not stick. Went in dish washer fine. Hoping it stays good with more use. If its still good in a few months i will buy more.
So far so good. Only used 2 pans of set so far. Using a 3rd today for stir fried rice. The egg is the test. Did receive the rest of the set I ordered next day as ordered.
I seasoned it I followed the directions and my eggs were perfect and slid right out...I have to watch my stovetop because it does run hot even on low settings but the pan was awesome.
Frying pan arrived in excellent condition. I followed the instructions to clean and season the pan first. Next day I followed the " hot pan cold oil " instructions and fried my first eggs in there. I carefully fried the eggs on low setting and the pan did its job, no food sticking to the pan.
**My only concern is that the pan sits not flat on my glass stove top, it can be rocked from side to side !
I haven't used it enough to evaluate? Does it have a lid?
I often use a lid. I was surprised with your 500F. statement in the accompanying literature. I was hoping for 1,000F.
What would happen if I elevated its temp to 1KF.
The bottom seemed thin, however thin is good if it heats evenly. I have not evaluated your product thoroughly. I like the steep sides as it gives more working area. But, again, does it heat out to the edge. I will know later! You could send me real data and save me the effort as you already know the answers that consumers really want to know!
Best regards,
Jack
We had been wanting to upgrade for some time, we already had cast iron and some carbon steel, but the cast was too heavy as we're getting older so we started looking in to other options when we found the titanium, I ordered three piece with lids, 8"10" & 12". had a little trouble getting the temperature zeroed in, but once we did all is good. Love it!
